Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of prpharm.com (the "Site"), operated by PR Pharmaceuticals, Inc.. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this Site is — and isn't

PRPharm is a price-comparison and informational resource for prescription medications available in the United States and Canada. The Site:

  • is not a pharmacy and does not sell, dispense, ship, or fulfill orders for any medication;
  • does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations — see our Disclaimer;
  • displays pricing and product information sourced from third parties, which may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate — see our Methodology.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to researching medication prices. You agree not to:

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site using automated means without our prior written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or availability (including any attempt to bypass rate limiting or access controls);
  • use the Site to violate any applicable law, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • reproduce, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of the Site's content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Third-party links and pharmacies

The Site links to and compares prices from third-party pharmacies, discount programs, and reference sources (e.g., the FDA, RxNorm, Health Canada) that we do not own, operate, or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to a site is not an endorsement of it. Any transaction you enter into with a third-party pharmacy is solely between you and that pharmacy — see our Advertising Disclosure for how some of those links may compensate us.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — without limitation — implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that pricing information is current, complete, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, or from any purchase or decision made based on information found on the Site — including reliance on a displayed price that turns out to differ from the price charged by a pharmacy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us to access it, which as of this writing is zero.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site's original content, design, and compilation of data (excluding third-party trademarks, and factual pricing/regulatory data sourced from public databases such as openFDA, RxNorm, and Health Canada, which remain in the public domain or belong to their respective sources) are owned by PR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. or its licensors. Trademarks and brand names of medications and pharmacies referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners; their use here is descriptive/comparative and does not imply endorsement.

Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Material changes will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
